Discover yourself. Find your way forward.
You may have built a career and life that looks successful from the outside, but internally you’re questioning whether it’s still what you want. You know something needs to change, but you’re not sure what you want instead or which direction to take.
Shea helps adults understand what they actually want and create a clearer direction forward. He also works with young people who are unsure what they want to do after high school, and parents who want to help their teens find direction without adding more pressure.
When the Life You Built No Longer Feels Like the Life You Want
Maybe you know what you don’t want, but figuring out what you want instead feels much harder.
You might have several interests or possible directions, find yourself second-guessing every option, or worry that making the wrong decision will cost you even more time.
The goal isn’t to have your entire future figured out. It’s to better understand yourself, get clear on what matters to you, and identify a direction you can confidently begin moving toward.
Desired outcome:
Understand yourself → clarity → direction → movement → Results
Trying to Choose a Future When You’re Still Figuring Yourself Out?
There can be a lot of pressure to choose a direction before you really understand what fits you.
You might have different interests, feel unsure about your strengths, compare yourself to people who seem to have everything figured out, or worry that choosing the wrong path will waste years of your life.
The goal isn’t to have your entire future planned. It’s to better understand who you are, what matters to you, and which directions are actually worth exploring.
Desired outcome:
Self-understanding → clarity → direction → confident exploration
Worried About Your Teen’s Future But Not Sure How to Help?
You can see that your teen is uncertain about their future, but conversations about school, careers, or what comes next may lead to frustration, avoidance, or “I don’t know.”
You want to help without pushing them into a path that isn’t right for them, but giving them unlimited space and hoping they’ll eventually figure it out can feel just as uncomfortable.
The goal isn’t to choose their future for them. It’s to help them better understand themselves, take greater ownership of their decisions, and begin developing a direction of their own.
Desired outcome:
Less pressure → greater self-understanding → ownership → direction
You don’t need to know which service, approach, or type of support you need before reaching out. The first step is understanding where you are now, what you want to be different, and whether Shea’s approach is the right fit.
